A hybrid between the Bichon frise and the Poodle. From the Bichon Frise they get their graceful movement, their heads raised high and carried proudly with a lively gait. Stout, lively, exuberant and very merry, the Bichon can also be quite strong-willed. They’re very adaptable, however, not to mention intelligent and gentle. They make for charming pets, but need firm training. The Poodle side provides an elegant, bouncy, lightfooted gait. They’re active, athletic, merry and intelligent, and their loyalty is legendary. Outgoing and good-natured, Poodles also make wonderful pets, and also need firm training.
