Irma was great to deal with and made the entire process very easy. She was very up front and transparent with me about our girl, Ivy (formerly Dolly), and we couldn’t be happier with her. Henry obviously did a fantastic job with her socialization, she is as confident as can be and is incredibly friendly. Watching Henry interact with her in his home, it was obvious she has been loved since the beginning. Every step of the way was easy and went smoothly thanks to Irma and Henry, and the 18 hour trip was, without a doubt, worth it.
