I can’t say enough about Irma and her crew… I had some health complications which delayed my ability to purchase a puppy after I had planned the delivery/pickup. Then I tried again a few months later and once again had health complications and was unable to take the puppy I had planned to purchase. They didn’t give up on me, gave me a nice discount on the puppy I was finally able to purchase (I had paid for the original puppy and there are no refunds… understandable). I now have the best puppy ever. He was Noah but is now Charlie and is an absolute joy!! Thanks to Irma I am blessed with a sweet, funny, lovable, and smart puppy (Havanese).
