It was an easy experience from beginning to end! Irma was very responsive and kind. I think my husband talked to her three separate times and she was great. The delivery went off without a hitch and we have had Murphy (aka Levi) four days and three nights, and we are very much in love! What a sweetie. He eats well, plays hard, sleeps pretty well, and potty training is on track. No complaints at all!! Thank you!!
